All sales are final on Outlet items.
Our Outlet offers exclusive prices on past-season favourites and limited stock styles, which means all purchases are considered final sale. As such, we’re unable to accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on any outlet items unless the product is faulty.
We know sizing and fit can be tricky, so if you’re unsure before purchasing, please refer to our size charts or reach out to our Customer Care team — we’re here to help you find the right fit.
What if my item is faulty?
If you believe your item has a manufacturing fault, please contact our team within 7 days of receiving your order. Be sure to include your order number and photos of the issue so we can help resolve it quickly.
