Shipping policy

We deliver to addresses within the United States only. For orders to Australia, New Zealand or Singapore, please use the Comfort Co website for that country.

Shipping costs

Standard shipping costs $7 USD. Standard shipping is free when your cart total is $149 USD or more, before shipping charges.

The standard shipping rate and free-shipping threshold also apply when an item is dispatched from our Australian warehouse. There is no separate Australia-dispatch shipping surcharge.

We do not deliver to PO boxes. Please provide a residential or business address at checkout.

Processing and delivery

We aim to process and dispatch orders within one business day after payment confirmation. Most orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Hickory, North Carolina. Some items may be dispatched from Australia and will take longer to reach the United States. Processing may take longer during busy promotional periods.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:

• Major cities and surrounding areas: 2–5 business days.
• Regional and rural areas: 3–7 business days.
• Orders dispatched from Australia: allow approximately 5–10 business days.

These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Customs processing or carrier delays may affect orders dispatched from Australia.

Tracking and carriers

When your order is dispatched, we will send you tracking details by email. Depending on the order, delivery may be handled by FedEx, UPS or USPS. Items dispatched from Australia may travel with Australia Post Express before being handed to a US carrier.
